As we have a restaurant on property, we can provide you and your guests to coffee, tea and snack breaks, Lunch and a whole lot more!!!

Our rates are as follows:

HALF Day Rental –  4 Hours:
•    Use of Room: USD$200.00
•    Coffee Break: Coffee/Tea/Juice/Sodas and 3 Snacks - US$12.00/person
•    Coffee Break: Drinks Only – Coffee/tea/Juice/Sodas - US$6.00/person


FULL DAY RENTAL – Between 4-8 Hours:
•    Use of the Room: USD$300.00
•    Coffee Break: Coffee/Tea/Juice/Sodas and 3 Snacks - USD$12.00/person
•    Lunch Buffet: USD$22.50/person with soft drinks included.
•    Coffee Break: Drinks Only – Coffee/tea/Juice/Sodas - USD$6.00/person

50% deposit is required to confirm the booking of the room and 50% is required for the F+B.
